JapanFest 2009 Atlanta @ Gwinnett Center

JapanFest, one of the largest Japanese festivals in the country, is here.
Check out an annual celebration of Japanese culture which features taiko drum concerts and dance performances, martial arts demonstrations, cultural workshops including tea ceremony, kimono, and calligraphy, children’s games, Japanese food & beer garden, bonsai trees, contemporary and traditional music, and a traditional Japanese shopping
arcade.
The event is held at Gwinnett Center and the ticket price is $8 per person. Not a totally free event but I think it’s pretty inexpensive way to introduce kids to different culture.
