The Gardens for Connoisseurs Tour includes eight private gardens and a special bonus garden. Atlanta: Mother’s Day Brunch @ Georgia Aquarium

Georgia Aquarium is thrilled to offer our Annual Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 13, 2012. Whale sharks, manta rays and beluga whales provide a memorable backdrop as guests dine in the Aquarium’s breathtaking Oceans Ballroom.

Entry for this event will be through the main entrance. Seating will begin promptly at 10:45 a.m. at the Oceans Ballroom entrance located in the Recognition Rotunda of the Aquarium.

Guests may explore the Aquarium before and after the event at a special discounted rate. The general admission and member price for Mother’s Day Brunch includes access to all of the Aquarium exhibits, AT&T Dolphin Tales show, Deepo’s Undersea 3D Wondershow and Frogs: A Chorus of Colors.

Atlanta: Mother’s Day @The High Museum of Art

Wish your mom a Happy Mother’s Day by designing her a one-of-a-kind street art tote bag and her very own magnetic graffiti tag. Get your inspiration from the KAWS: Down Time exhibition. Brooklyn-based artist Brian Donnelly, a.k.a KAWS, has installed his larger-than-life sculpture Companion as well as a site-specific mural hanging in the High’s lobby. Free with Museum admission.
